The stay, ambience, food was good. Each floor being done thematically on Music, Sports, Films, etc. is a unique concept. It has a 29 seated movie hall inside, multiple bars and lounges in their floors, sports and gym amenities inside. Also the 🏊 pool here, is a good to use facility. …

Not very pleasant experience. It was just average, and I had more expectations. I booked King Suit Room and stayed there approx. 6 hrs. Following were my observations and experience. Pros: 1. Location 2. Parking availability 3. Big rooms 4. Cost efficient room services(food) 5. Quick check-in Cons: 1. Had to call and follow-up multiple times with housekeeping to get stuff (like slippers, water bottles, hand towels etc.) 2. Rooms amenities were not maintained properly (AC leaked and technician spent almost 30minutes int he room to fix it), Pantry room sink tap were leaking a lot. 3. Dark dinning/living room. There could have been more lights.

I've been a very old customer of the Altruist hotel for a long time. Recently I've faced a very bad experience. Always Mr.Akshay has always been very helpful to me regarding everything and that's been a good thing on my end. I recently faced a crunch where my card was not working for a few days and my check out payment got delayed by one day. Yesterday I checked out but left my bags there as my card has been having some issue over the past few days. I informed them that the next day after 12pm I'll come and do the payment. I spoke to Mr. Akshay and explained the situation where he was completely understanding. But on the other end, Mr. Manoj called me up the next day early morning and bludged over the call to me saying this and that and being very rude and disrespectful towards me regarding this and making me feel that I am running away without payment. Although all my bags, my laptops were in the hotel he tended to call me and he was very rude. This is unacceptable behaviour. Anyone who stays there please do make sure to handle your bookings with the right person. I hope the hotel understands that Mr. Manoj ( the manager ) is not the right person to be led to talk on calls with customers cause there has been no type of respectful talking from his side. He started screaming and talking at the start of the call, only once I recorded the call he was a little respectful. Apart from this the stay is always good. Room service is slow but bareable. Only thing hurt me as a customer is the situation mentioned above. I've stayed in more than 20-25 hotels in the past 6 years but what i faced today on the call was something very new and not acceptable. I've been an old customer of the Altruist too. Yet he chose to speak this way. Didn't expect this from the altruist hotel. #badexperience #nohumanity

Excellent service with the best and humble staff. I had an overnight stay at this hotel and they upgraded me to a suite with no extra cost. The breakfast buffet is quite good and they have a great and humble staff.

Not worth the money I have paid. There is scope of improvement in many places specially in cleanliness. Pool water is very dirty. Room have Rust marks across corner and washroom does not give a hygienic feel.

Good service. Food is tasty but breakfast gets boring if you stay for long. It doesn't have most of the special amenities that are listed on their rainbow board. To be fair to them, the staff is super helpful and go the extra mile. Good value for money.

Hotel is far away from the city.As for as Hotel is concerned, well decorated, very neat and clean.Hotel is equipped with modern amenities. City bus service not frequent enough .Over all above normal. Very good.

I have stayed here multiple times it's one of the worst hotel I have ever stayed I asked them to early cheack online for same date it's showing 2300 all inclusive when I called for booking confirmation their staff asked me to pay 4800 …
